Monday morning the Lincoln
Fire Department kicked off Fire Safety Month by inviting the
third-grade classes from Chester-East Lincoln to come to the station
for breakfast and a morning of fun and learning.
There are approximately 30 kids in the two
classes. They all piled into the station at
about 8:30 Monday morning to enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast.
After breakfast the kids were divided into
groups and participated in a variety of learning activities.
