[October 02, 2012]  The Lincoln Christian University men's soccer team fell to MacMurray College 4-0 on Saturday. MacMurray built on their last match against LCU, in which they prevailed 7-0 in Jacksonville. Much like the last meeting, the Highlanders controlled the pace of the game, giving LCU very little.

Sophomore Logan Arny received his first start as a goalkeeper for the Red Lions this season and recorded 10 saves in his debut.

With little offense, LCU was only able to put six shots on goal, which is a season low.

The Red Lions will take the field against Great Lakes Christian College in Lansing, Mich., on Friday at 4 p.m.

LCU's School of Undergraduate Studies is a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association, Division II. To find out when the Red Lions play next, visit the LCU website at www.lincolnchristian.edu and click on "Athletics."
