[October 03, 2012]  Last week, Kim Byas, Region Five executive of the American Hospital Association, presented a plaque to Dolan Dalpoas, CEO of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, to recognize the membership of ALMH in the organization since 1937.

The American Hospital Association is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care systems, networks, and their patients and communities. Close to 5,000 hospitals, health care systems, networks, other providers of care and 40,000 individual members form the association.

"We are proud of the strong history ALMH has serving the community," said Dalpoas. "Being a member of the American Hospital Association is just one of our ongoing efforts to keep ALMH strong and at the forefront of health care issues and trends."

Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital is a community-based critical-access hospital serving the people of Logan and eastern Mason counties. To learn more about ALMH, visit www.almh.org.
