 "Denise is courteous, easy to communicate with and understanding,"
said her co-workers. "She always seems to have something to say to
make you smile and enjoy your day. You can always depend on her to
help with reports, she is accurate in her work, and she always
follow up."
Allen began working at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in
patient accounts in 1998 and has worked for the past six years in
the accounting department.
As an administrative assistant in accounting, Allen makes daily
deposits, prepares financial spreadsheets and assists the chief
financial officer. She enjoys her position and thinks of the people
she works with as a second family.
"It is very exciting. No day is the same. I'm always taking on
new jobs, and my position allows me to learn all the parts of the
finance department," said Allen.
