[October 13, 2012]  Logan Mason Public Transportation has hired a driver for Mason County. The driver will have a wheelchair-accessible van and will be stationed in Mason County to efficiently meet the needs of the residents.

The transportation program operates Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule a ride, residents need to call 1-866-930-8212 at least 24 hours in advance of their ride to speak to the dispatcher and make arrangements.

All LMPT vans are equipped with wheelchair lifts.

The LMPT fare schedule is available by visiting www.capcil.org and clicking on "LMPT" (or click here). Seniors 60 and up are still eligible to ride for a suggested donation.

For more information, call Angie Jenkins, public transportation director, at 217-732-2159, ext. 242, or email ajenkins@capcil.org. If you are calling from outside of Lincoln, call the toll-free phone line at 1-866-930-8212.
