DIRECTIONS TO FARM: Tract 1 is located approx. 2 miles northwest of Petersburg, Il. on Rt. 97 to Clary Creek Ave., Turn west and go ¾ mile, land lays on north side of road. and east side of Waring St. Tracts 2, 3 and 4 are located approx. ½ mile north of Petersburg, Il. on Rt. 97 to Fairgrounds Road turn north and go 1 mile to Schirding Ave., turn west on Schirding Av.
