[October 17, 2012]  Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois has announced the Employee of the Quarter. Jenifer DeWeese, pictured center and flanked by Jacob Sexton CEO and Beth Fleshman Corporate Deputy Director and Director of the Head Start program, was awarded the honor for her work as an education services assistant in Fulton County.

DeWeese was nominated by her co-workers, and the following quotes highlight why she was chosen for this honor:

"Jenifer will go above and beyond to help anybody, and if she can't find the answer, she won't stop until she gets the answer for you."

"Jenifer is a resourceful, creative, flexible and solution-oriented person who has frequently come up with new and innovative approaches to her assigned projects."

She was presented with a plaque and $50 gift card by Jacob Sexton, executive director, and Beth Fleshman, Head Start director and deputy director of the agency.

Head Start and Early Head Start are always looking for expectant mothers, infants and toddlers up to age 5 to join their programs. If you know someone who is interested in helping their children build a solid learning foundation, contact Head Start at 1-877-588-7189.
