Saturday afternoon Debra
Senger, aka Blossom Huffman, spent the afternoon at Hallie's on the
downtown square in Lincoln.
Blossom is the great-grandmother of restaurant owner Brian Huffman,
and she was there to help Huffman celebrate 10 years in business.
Senger is no stranger to the role of Blossom. She appeared three years ago at
a Mill celebration along with
Coonhound Johnny and entertained the crowd with stories of The Mill
and its notoriety gained by having patrons such as Al Capone.
Before and since that time, Senger has done a
great deal of research on Blossom, and continues to do so.
