[September 04, 2012] Eldon and Kathy Seacat of Paoli, Ind., and Richard and Debby Cook of Charleston, previously of Lincoln, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Kelsey and Michael.

Kelsey Seacat is a 2006 graduate of Paoli High School. She graduated in 2010 from Indiana State University with a bachelor's degree in marketing.

She is currently employed as a group sales manager for the Indiana State Museum in Indianapolis, Ind.

Michael Cook spent his early years in the Lincoln area. He graduated from Charleston High School in 2006, and in 2010 he graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor's degree in political science. He continued his education at the Indiana University School of Medicine and in 2012 achieved his master's degree in health administration.

He is currently employed as a policy analyst in the Family and Social Services Administration Division of the office of Medicaid Policy and Planning in Indianapolis.

The couple is planning an Oct. 1 wedding at Walt Disney World in Florida.

They will reside in Zionsville, Ind.
