A "Jukebox Junkie" game show consists of several parts: questions, music clips and general music knowledge. The six participants had to give the correct answer in order to gain two points. However, if the participant answered incorrectly, one point was taken away.

Host Rob Siebert led the participants and the audience through multiple rounds of questions about music and Mount Pulaski. Short music clips were played from all sorts of genres, including rock 'n' roll and one-hit wonders.

Siebert was most enthused about the lullaby category. This section had taken common songs such as Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child o' Mine" and turned the song into a children's lullaby. The participants had a hard time trying to listen for the familiar melody.

After several rounds, a point total was given to narrow the field down to just three participants: Pat Walsh, Corey Leonard and Kelly Benhart. A final category was bluegrass. Much like the lullaby category, bluegrass had taken popular songs from artists like U2 and turned them into bluegrass melodies.

Corey Leonard was able to pull ahead of his competitors to take the top prize of $30, provided by the sponsor, Deron Powell State Farm Insurance. Kelly Benhart placed second and Pat Walsh placed third. However, the real winner of the game show was the audience, which was able to listen and enjoy good rock 'n' roll music.
