Lady Railer golf team recognizes seniors in the final home match of their career

[September 21, 2012]  The Lady Railer golf team would like to recognize the seniors on the team this year. In the final home match of their career, Alyssa Morris and Morgan Lacefield each shot a 49.

The Lincoln coach commented: "Over the span of four years the girls have put a lot of time into practice and competition. They have been a great example to the underclassmen and have bright futures ahead of them! Congratulations, Alyssa and Morgan!"

The Lady Railer golf team took second in the match with a team score of 188. Shooting five strokes better was Bloomington with 183. Peoria Notre Dame finished with 194.  

Medalist honors went to Sydney Tyler of Bloomington with a 40.

Lincoln scores were Katlyn Hasprey 44, Lexi Morris 45, Alyssa Morris 49 and Tara Bradley 50.

Other notable scores were Morgan Lacefield 49, Jenna Meister 60, Keely Lineback 64 and Rachel Lockenour 67.

The CS8 tournament is on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
