LCU men's soccer vs. Faith Baptist Bible College

[September 25, 2012]  ANKENY, Iowa -- The Lincoln Christian University men's soccer team took a 6-1 loss against Faith Baptist Bible College on Saturday. Faith Baptist controlled the pace of the game by recording 11 shots on goal to LCU's eight.

Freshman Johnny Williamson recorded his second goal in four games to put the Red Lions on the board. Junior Joe Ward provided the assist. Freshman Mitchell Brannock recorded five saves for the Red Lions.

LCU hoped to regain momentum heading into the final stretch when they hosted Central Christian College of the Bible on Monday afternoon.
