Served with a great selection of sides, it's no wonder this is one of the most popular fundraisers in the community.

The dining hall of the Knights of Columbus fills quickly. Some folks wait all year long to get a bite of this terrific meal.

 

There are many volunteers who help make this a success. On Saturday, Chris Graue said they end that workday with a little barbecue of their own. Here he shows off a perfectly cooked rack of ribs that will be consumed by volunteers.
