SPRINGFIELD -- Stanley J.
Kazakaitis, 64, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013, at 9 p.m. at his home.

Springfield- Stanley J. Kazakaitis, 64, passed away
at 9:00 P.M. on August 7, 2013 at his residence.
He was born on June 1, 1949 in Chicago, IL, son of
Stanley A. and Anastasia Zintelis Kazakaitis. He was
a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Lincoln,
IL. He also was a member of the Knights of Columbus
fourth degree of Lincoln Council #1250, Lincoln
Jaycees, and Lincoln Elk's Lodge #914.
Surviving are two children: Mark Kazakaitis of
Springfield, IL and Kristi Carter of Lincoln, IL;
one sister: Janice Kazakaitis of Springfield, IL;
and one grandson: Jamison Carter of Lincoln. He was
preceded in death by his parents, one sister: Toni
Whittaker, and one brother: John.

There will be a 10 A.M. Mass service Monday August
12, 2013 at Holy Family Catholic Church of Lincoln, IL with
Rev. Jeffrey Laible officiating. Visitation will be from 2-4
P.M. Sunday August 11, 2013 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln, IL. Burial will follow at Camp
Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, IL. Memorials may
be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
