Thursday morning Mama's Arcade was wall-to-wall people, with many spilling over into the outside area as all awaited the arrival of U.S. Rep. Aaron Schock.

When he arrived, Schock made his way through the crowd, greeting folks, shaking hands and even stopping for a photo now and then. Once inside the cafe, he talked to his constituents about issues in Washington. He also spent a few minutes answering pre-written questions. Afterward, he spent time in one-on-one conversation with several as he made his way back to the bus he is using to visit portions of his district.

Before his visit to Mama's, Schock stopped by HartFit on North Kickapoo in Lincoln and spent some time doing the CrossFit workout with the group there. Afterward he took a minute to pose for a picture with the group. Those included in the picture to the left with Schock are Shelley Coffey Thomas, Victoria Parrott, Maddie Thomas, Ross Thomas, Corey Loercher, Justin Ott, Brittany Ott, Jansen Whitted, Bonnie N Clyde and Carrie Nowatney.  This photo was provided by Shelley Thomas of HartFit.
