Saturday morning, the traffic at the annual Pride of the Prairie craft show at the Lincoln Park District was steady. Folks were dropping by to check out all the new items, and they were making purchases, much to the delight of the vendors.

The Quilters at Heart were raffling off a special quilt, "Kathy's Quilt." They drew for the winner at the end of the day, and that lucky person was Gaynor Goodman of Lincoln. Quilter Andrea Tibbs said Goodman was quite excited that she was the one who gets to keep the lovely memorial quilt made in honor of Kathy Begolka.

Don Bode was the first booth inside the door. At midmorning he said he had done several sales and was having a good day.

Linda Zinser had a variety of items in her booth, all designed to catch the eye and put folks in the Christmas spirit.

The Quilters at Heart were drawing lots of attention with their wide variety of items made by a wide variety of their guild members.

In the background is "Kathy's Quilt," which was being raffled off Saturday. Guild members said the raffle was going very well.
