Gloria Marie Fisher, 87, of Lincoln passed away December 14, 2013 at her residence.

A memorial service in celebration of her life will take place on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the LifePointe Church of God, 601 Pulaski Street, Lincoln. Pastor Doug Bowers will officiate. It was her wish to be cremated. Holland Barry and Bennett Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Gloria Fisher was born August 14, 1927 in Chicago, IL. She was the daughter of Albert and Alice (Levendoski) Gilby.

She is survived by a son, Robert Langan of Lincoln, two daughters, Karin Tarin and Kathleen Langan both of San Fancisco, CA, sixteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Fisher was a member of LifePointe Church of God in Lincoln. She had worked as a factory worker and caregiver. She loved to collect Noah's Ark memorabilia and was a Green Bay Packers fan. She was a giver who always put other's needs before her own. In everything she did she was always heard to say, "Thank you, Jesus" or "Praise you, Jesus."

Memorial donations may be made to LifePointe Church of God and will be received by the church or Holland Barry and Bennett Funeral Home.
