New Holland-Middletown Elementary District 88 received a check for $30,000 from the newly formed community group NH-M Community Supports Education.
 

Gary LaForge sings "Ol' Man River," a song he says always reminds him of one of New Holland-Middletown's most beloved teachers, the late Phyllis Blaum.

Elkhart's Talk of the Town restaurant was the place to be for bingo lovers. The first Tuesday of each month, the Lewis Memorial Christian Village in Springfield hosts a community bingo day for all seniors.
