FEBRUARY 5

GOLF CARS 

Club Car is recalling Precedent i2 and Signature gas golf and transport vehicles sold nationwide in October 2012. The fuel hose could separate from the fuel tank, posing a fire hazard. 

The recalled vehicles are model year 2013 gas-powered golf and transport vehicles. Serial numbers can be found at www.recalls.org

Consumers should contact any Club Car dealer for a free inspection and repair.

SCENTED CANDLES 

Barneys New York is recalling Scented candles sold exclusively at Barneys New York from October 2010 to December 2011. These candles can burn with a high flame, presenting a fire and burn hazard. 

The recalled Fornasetti Profumi Grande scented candles measure about 67 ounces and have a 6 or 7 inch high ceramic vessel with one of four Fornasetti designs

FEBRUARY 6

CANNING JAR LIFTERS 

Progressive International is recalling Canning Jar Lifter sold nationwide and in Canada from February 2012 to October 2012. The jar lifter handle can detach over time due to a missing stainless steel core in the hinge. This can cause the tongs to fail to grip and allow a jar being lifted to fall, posing a laceration hazard. 

The recall involves the One Handed Jar Lifter. The jar lifter is a pair of tongs designed for lifting canning jars out of boiling water. The lifter is red with white handles.

PLAY YARD SHEETS 

4moms is recalling 4moms® breeze™ Cotton Jersey Playard Sheets sold nationwide from December 2012 to January 2013. The sheets are too small for the play yards. A sheet that does not properly fit the play yard poses an entrapment hazard. 

The recalled play yard sheets are cream-colored, cotton jersey fabric. "4moms" is printed on a black tag sewn onto the sheet.  Item number 4M-009-10-000101 is printed on the packaging. UPC 817980011137 is printed on the sheet's packaging and on a white warning tag sewn onto the sheet. 

Consumers should return the sheets to 4moms for a full refund.

FEBRUARY 7

WALL OVENS 

Prizer Painter Stove Works is recalling BlueStar™ residential gas wall ovens sold nationwide from January 2008 to November 2012. Some of the wall ovens have been improperly installed and/or have damaged flexible gas appliance connectors, posing a fire hazard. 

This recall involves all colors of three models of BlueStar gas-powered stainless steel wall ovens manufactured prior to November 23, 2012. A complete list can be found at www.recalls.org

SNOWMOBILES 

BRP is recalling Ski-Doo Snowmobiles sold nationwide from March 2012 to January 2013. The fuel pump inlet fitting can come into contact with the oil tank and break, leading to a fuel to leak, which poses a fire hazard. 

The snowmobile has the model name printed on the vehicle's side panel. The 2013 models included in the recall are listed at www.recalls.org

Consumers should contact a BRP dealer to schedule a free repair.

EVO STROLLERS 

Mutsy USA is recalling EVO strollers sold nationwide from April 2012 to December 2013. The opening between the grab bar and seat bottom of the stroller can allow an infant's body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck, posing a strangulation hazard. 

This recall includes EVO strollers manufactured between February 2012 (01.02.12) and November 2012 (30.11.12) with the following model numbers: MT12-03, MT12-11, MT12-14, MT12-31, MT12-34, MT12-37, MT12-39, MT12-42, MT12-43 and MT12-48. The model number and date code can be found underneath the stroller seat on a white sticker.
