Thursday several residents of Symphony of Lincoln gathered in the dining hall of the facility to celebrate Valentine's Day.

Each year the care facility holds an election for the Valentine queen and king. Nominations are made and the winner is selected according to who gets the most votes.

This year the queen is 105-year-old Hazel Zurkhammer, and the king is 82-year-old James Altman.
