WLB defeats Hartem twice at home

[February 19, 2013]  The Wolverines hosted the Stags on Monday night and took both games.

In the fifth-grade game, the Wolverines (3-1) won by a final score of 46-11. Payton Anderson and Kaden Froebe each scored 12, while Justin Long also reached double figures with 10. Kameron Whiteman scored six, Dreyden Pozgai added four, and Joe Dalpoas had two. Cody Coit led the Stags with seven in the loss.

In the sixth-grade game, the Wolverines (3-2) prevailed 60-42. Froebe led the way with 21, Blain Robbins scored 12, Shane Shumard had eight, Payton Batley had five, and Whiteman and Virat Patel each had four. For the Stags, Brode Baker led all scorers with 22 points while Hayden Vetter added eight in the loss.

WLB travels to Mount Pulaski on Tuesday for two games with the Bruins, starting at 6 p.m.
