MOUNT PULASKI -- Mary E. Laesch, 62, of
Mount Pulaski, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at 4:43 a.m. at Abraham
Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln.

Mt. Pulaski: Mary E. Laesch, 62, of Mt. Pulaski
passed away at 4:43 A.M. Sunday February 24, 2013 at
Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln, IL.
She was born on August 25, 1950 in Springfield, IL,
daughter of Gerald and Doris Behrens Carter. She
married David Laesch on May 8, 1976 in Bloomington,
IL. He survives her.
Mary enjoyed scrapbooking, crafts, and knitting hats
for babies in the neonatal units. She attended Mt.
Pulaski Christian Church.

Mary is survived by one daughter: Dee (Fred) Jason
of Mt. Pulaski; one son: Russ (Sarah) Laesch of Fort Wayne,
IN; her mother Doris Carter of Lincoln; two brothers:
Kenneth (Karen) Carter of Chestnut and Jim (Jim) Carter of
Chicago; four grandchildren: Taylor, Lauren, and Callie
Anderson of Mt Pulaski and Elly Laesch of Fort Wayne, IN.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Services will be 7:00 P.M. Tuesday February 26, 2013 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski with
Pastor Mark Weber officiating. Visitation will be from
4:00-7:00 P.M. Tuesday February 26, 2013 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski.
There will be a private family graveside service at a later
date at Harmony Cemetery in Beason. Memorials may be given
to the Mt. Pulaski Christian Church Youth Group or Mt.
Pulaski EMS.
