JANUARY 10

OFF-ROAD VEHICLES 

BRP is recalling Can-Am® Commander side-by-side off-road vehicles sold nationwide from April 2011 to December 2012. Improper assembly of the steering column to the rack and pinion can result in the loss of steering control, posing a risk of serious injury or death.

JANUARY 15

BLANKET SLEEPERS 

Target is recalling Girls Circo Fleece Blanket Sleepers sold by Target nationwide from August 2012 to October 2012.The pajamas fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries. 

The recalled one-piece feet pajamas are fleece and were sold in sizes 12 months, 18 months, 2T, 3T, 4T, XS, S, M, L and XL. "Circo Sleepwear" is printed on the top tag. Identification numbers can be found at www.recalls.org

Consumers should return the sleepers to any Target store to receive a full refund.

CHILDREN'S PAJAMAS 

Target is recalling Children's two-piece pajama sets sold by Target nationwide from August 2012 to November 2012. The children's cotton or cotton/fleece pajamas sets fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear. 

This recall involves Target Circo and Xhilaration children's cotton or cotton/fleece two-piece pajama sets. They were sold in infant and toddler sizes 12M, 2T, 3T, 4T and 5T, and in girls and boys sizes XS, S, M, L and XL. 

Consumers should return the pajamas to any Target for a full refund.

ENDURO MOTORCYCLES  

KTM North America is recalling Enduro motorcycles sold nationwide from October 2011 through September 2012. During use, the pre-formed fuel hose can develop small holes or cracks at the ends of the hose, allowing fuel to leak. This poses a fire and crash hazards. 

The recall includes seven 2013 and one 2012 model off-road and closed-course motorcycle. Model numbers included are: 2013 KTM Motorcycles: 250 XC-F, 250 XCF-W, 350 XC-F, 350 XCF-W, 450 XC-F, 450 XC-W, 500 XC-W and MY 2012 KTM 350 XCF-W. 

Consumers should contact a KTM authorized dealer to schedule a free repair.

BUGABOO STROLLERS 

Bugaboo is recalling Bugaboo Cameleon and Bugaboo Donkey Model Strollers sold nationwide and in Canada from January 2011 to December 2012. A button on the stroller’s carrycot/seat carry handle can become disengaged and cause the handle to detach, posing fall and choking hazards. 

This recall involves the carry handles on Bugaboo Cameleon and Bugaboo Donkey model strollers with detachable carrycots/seats. Strollers included in the recall have a serial number that falls within the range listed at www.recalls.org

JANUARY 16

AIR MISTERS 

Target is recalling Hand-Held Air Misters sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide from February 2012 to May 2012. The Air Mister can shatter during use, posing an injury hazard. 

The recall is for hand-held devices designed to spray a mist for personal cooling. The Air Misters are 8 inches tall and hold 2 ounces of water at the "Fill" line. They are clear plastic cylinders with colored tops and bases. 

Consumers should return the misters to any Target store for a full refund.

WEIGHT WORKBENCHES

Powertec is recalling Weight Workbenches sold nationwide from September 2011 to May 2012. The weld on the backrest adjustment brackets of the weight workbench can break, posing an injury hazard..

The recalled workbenches are free-standing and typically used for free weight workouts. "Powertec" is embossed on the backrest pad and printed on a sticker located on the upright or the base frame of the workbench. Model names and numbers included in this recall are found at www.recalls.org

JANUARY 17

RECLINING CHAIRS 

American Signature is recalling Hayward Push Back Chairs sold at Value City Furniture stores and American Signature Furniture stores from June 2012 to August 2012. The chair can tip over backwards when used in its fully reclined position, posing a fall hazard. 

The recalled chairs are Hayward Push Back reclining arm chairs. The brown chair is item number HGB-805-1. The black chair is item number HGB-805-2.

FLOOR LAMPS 

Dolan Northwest is recalling Burien Floor Lamps sold from November 2010 to September 2012. The on/off foot switch on the lamps can fail and melt, resulting in shock and fire hazards. 

This recall involves Burien model floor lamps with four individual light sockets and white glass shades on top of four individual tubes of varying lengths. Model number 1117 and the date of manufacture in YYYY.MM format are printed on a label affixed to the underside of the base. Dates of manufacture included in the recall are between 2010.11 (Nov. 2011) and 2012.09 (Sept. 2012). 

Consumers should return the lamp to the store for a repair.

POTS AND PANS 

Hy Cite Enterprises is recalling Royal Prestige 9-Ply Thermal Wall Cookware sold nationwide. The cookware can collapse, crimp or severely deform when exposed to heat, posing a burn and fire hazard. 

This recall involves stainless steel 9-ply "Thermal Wall" pans sold under the "Royal Prestige" brand name. Recalled pots and pans have a seal including "Thermal Wall" and "9-Ply" imprinted on the bottom of the pot or pan.
