  • Capps, Michelle R., 50, Riverton, arrested Jan. 24 on charge of driving under the influence.

  • Cathcart, Lance W., 20, Geneseo, arrested Jan. 23 in the 300 block of Keokuk on an Ogle County warrant.

  • Fouch, Emanuel D., 22, Chicago, arrested Jan. 22 on Broadway at South McLean Street on charges of driving with a suspended license, and possession of an open title.

  • Frakes, Victor D., 20, Lincoln, arrested Jan. 22 on Herndon Drive at Malerich Drive on charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Jones, Tyler J., 23, Mason City, arrested Jan. 23 in the 1200 block of Fifth Street on charge of obstructing a peace officer.

  • Merreighn, Brittany N., 19, New Holland, arrested Jan. 22 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to an ordinance violation.

  • Odor, Brandon E., 19, Lincoln, arrested Jan. 23 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of battery.
