JUNE 25 

LiPo BATTERIES 

Horizon Hobby is recalling Dynamite 7.4 V LiPo Batteries sold nationwide from December 2012 to April 2013. The positive and negative battery leads are incorrectly wired to the battery connector. The use or charging of the battery can cause the battery to overheat, posing a fire hazard. 

This recall involves Dynamite 7.4 volt LiPo batteries that are used to power Horizon Hobby's Losi Micro remote control vehicles. Dynamite, 180 mAh, 2S, 20C Li-Po and DYN1429 are printed on the side of the black and orange batteries.   

Consumers should return the battery to Horizon Hobby for a full refund or a replacement battery.

TRACK LIGHTING 

Genlyte is recalling Capri track lighting sold nationwide from August 2010 to January 2013. The light fixtures can fall off of the track rail, posing an impact injury hazard. 

This recall involves Capri track lighting used in commercial buildings and includes 15 styles of metal or polycarbonate light fixtures, accessories and adapters. A complete list of catalog numbers and date codes included in this recall is at www.recall.philips.com

CHANDELIERS 

Bel Air Lighting is recalling Portfolio and Transglobe nine-light chandeliers sold nationwide from February 2007 to June 2010. The mounting loop that holds the chandeliers to the ceiling can break, causing the chandelier to fall. 

The recalled nine-light chandeliers have a two-tone antique bronze-colored metal frame with antique gold-accents and champagne frosted color glass shades. The chandeliers were sold at Lowe's as Portfolio brand with item number 256047 and at other stores as Transglobe item number 2579 EBG.

FOLDING BICYCLES 

Stile Products is recalling Tern folding bicycles sold nationwide from January 2012 to May 2013. The bike's frame can crack at the hinge on the top tube, posing a fall hazard. 

The recall involves Eclipse S11i and Verge S11i, X10, X20 and X30h models of Tern brand folding bikes. The model name is printed on the middle of the top tube. The frame has a 10-character alphanumeric serial number that begins with AM1A or from AM1102 through AM1207. The serial number is stamped on the bottom bracket shell of the bike.

VOTIVE CANDLES 

Swan Creek is recalling Loose Votive Candles sold nationwide from January 2012 to November 2012. The candles can burn with a high flame, posing a fire and burn hazard. 

The recalled votive candles were sold loose. The candles were sold in dozens of fragrance varieties and colors. The votive candles were not individually labeled with any prices, model numbers, names, date codes or fragrance descriptions.  

Consumers should return the candles to any Swan Creek Candle company stores for a full refund or a replacement poured votive candle.

BABY RATTLES 

Fred & Friends is recalling "Buff Baby" baby rattles sold nationwide and in Canada from October 2011 to June 2013. The rattle's end cap can separate, releasing small parts, posing a choking hazard. 

This recall involves the "Buff Baby" baby rattle. The UPC code 728987019098 can be found on the bottom of the package.
