After the sugar comes 1/2 cup of half-and-half. Then they seal the bag tight.
Next comes a larger bag filled half full with ice.		  

Roy Logan checks the kids' progress.
 


Seal the big bag up tight.
The bag with sugar, vanilla and cream goes inside the bag of ice.


Then, get to shaking!

  

 


Shaking up the ice cream may have been the part that was most fun.
