[July 17, 2013]  The American Legion Auxiliary awarded Ryan Huffer of Lincoln the Mildred R. Knoles Scholarship at their state convention in Springfield on Saturday. He received $1,000 toward his tuition at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville this fall.
