And finally it was the moment they had all been waiting for. 

Crystal Quint of Lincoln was named Miss Logan County Fair 2013. She is the 19-year-old daughter of Gene and Patricia Quint. The new fair queen is a graduate of Lincoln Community High School and currently attends Western Illinois University.
