[June 13, 2013]  DAMASCUS, Syria (AP) -- Syria's state-run news agency says two mortar shells have landed in the vicinity of Damascus International Airport.

The agency did not provide more details for the incident on Thursday.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says rebel fighters targeted the airport with home-made rockets. It said there were no reports of casualties.
