Illinois country grain prices were mixed on Tuesday afternoon.

Strong soybean meal values and cash values helped to lift soybean prices.

Monday's Crop Condition report released by the National Ag Statistics Service indicated Illinois farmers had completed 12% of their wheat harvest.

Some reports from wheat harvested last week, indicated the quality of wheat harvested in Southern Illinois so far had been very good.

In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were mixed at 6.83-6.93.

Soybean bids were 12 to 19 cents higher at 15.29-15.40.

In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were 1 to 4 cents higher at 6.83-6.99.

Soybean bids were 8 to 13 cents higher at
15.48-15.59.

In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were mostly 2 to 4 cents higher at 6.72-7.12.

Soybean bids were 15 cents higher at 15.58-15.75.

Wheat bids were mostly 1 to 3 cents lower at 6.56-6.67.
