Raminator brings 'monster' excitement to Lincoln

[June 27, 2013]  The Ram Truck brand and Lincoln Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are bringing the award-winning Raminator, driven by Hall Brothers Racing, to Lincoln Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, 103 Taylor Court, on Friday from noon to 5 p.m. for an experience the family will enjoy.

Offering a dynamic and friendly experience, the Ram Truck brand and Lincoln Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are providing the entire community with a behind-the-scenes opportunity to see firsthand an award-winning Ram monster truck. Fans can also meet the highly skilled driver behind the wheel of the iconic Raminator.

Weighing in at a car-crushing 10,300 pounds, with more than 2,000 horsepower and 10 feet in height, the Ram monster trucks are among the most feared contenders on the racetrack.

"The new Ram trucks are simply amazing," said Tim Hall, president and crew chief of Hall Brothers Racing. "The team is not only excited about getting these monster trucks on the racetrack, but we love to bring a crowd-pleasing show to local Ram dealerships."

Since 2002, the Ram Truck brand has sponsored Raminator and Rammunition monster trucks, owned by Champaign-based Hall Brothers Racing. More than a million people attend monster truck events each year, and the Raminator and Rammunition have become household names among truck enthusiasts. When they're not racing, the Raminator and Rammunition appear at trade shows, farm shows and many other events.
