• Allen, Tara A., 22, Lincoln, arrested March 6 at her residence on charge of retail theft.

• Bland, Jason K., 22, Hartsburg, arrested March 6 in the 800 block of Malerich Drive on Logan County warrants for failure to appear in answer to charges of illegal consumption of liquor by a minor, obstructing identification and violating an ordinance.

• Brown, Stuart T., 52, Lincoln, arrested March 5 in the 1300 block of Woodlawn Road on charge of driving under the influence.

• Depcik, Thomas M., 30, Lincoln, arrested March 6 at his residence on charge of retail theft.

• Dougherty, Richard W., 19, Lincoln, arrested March 6 in the 800 block of Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft.

• Harberts, Chad M., 32, Decatur, arrested March 6 in the 1300 block of Broadway on charge of domestic battery.

• Maier, Patricia A., 40, Lincoln, arrested March 6 in the 500 block of Keokuk on charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.

• Martinie, Dakota R., 20, Lincoln, arrested March 5 on Kankakee at Keokuk on charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Sedlock, Mary J., 29, Lincoln, arrested March 6 in the 500 block of Keokuk Street on charge of having no valid driver's license.

• Shelabarger, Lacey J., 20, Lincoln, arrested March 6 on College Street at Woodlawn on charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Simpson, Roy B., 33, Armington, arrested March 6 on Illinois Route 136 at 875th Avenue, Emden, on charge of obstructing identification and on a Noble County, Ind., warrant.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

• Deason, Chastity L., 40, Lincoln, arrested March 5 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving under the influence.

• Wright, Tarawa T., 54, Markham, arrested March 6 at the Woodford County Jail on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving under the influence.
