This is Elliott, a banded Rufus who came to
stay with Steve and Marge Aper.
Marge Aper shared many photos of her
experiences with Elliot. He was named Elliot because the first
two digits of the band on his tiny leg were "'L" and "8."
Dr. Dennis Campbell of Lincoln College spoke
about native plants and bugs.
Campbell presented slides on what is and is
not a native plant, as well as the balance of the earth's ecosystem.
