  • Clenin, Waynetta D., 38, Lincoln, arrested March 12 in the 100 block of Stringer Avenue on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of an ordinance violation.

  • Etcheson, Tabitha N., 25, Lincoln, arrested March 12 at the Logan County Safety Complex on charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Fincher, Angel M., 35, Lincoln, arrested March 13 at her residence on charge of battery.
