BLOOMINGTON --
Mom will get special treatment at Miller Park Zoo on Mother's Day.
On Sunday, moms will receive free admission to the zoo with one paid
admission for a child. |
While there, moms and their families will be able to visit with the
new harbor seals, Kash and McGraw. The two seals, both males, came
to Miller Park Zoo less than a month ago. Guests can watch the
zookeepers train them daily at 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. In addition
to this Mother's Day treat, Miller Park Zoo will host two other
special events in May: Star Wars Day at the Zoo on May 11 from 1 to
3 p.m. and Endangered Species Day on May 18 from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Both are free with paid zoo admission.
