South Kickapoo has everything a fast car likes: no lane or parking lines, a nice smooth surface, and top it off with a hill that helps gain momentum. The problem is, a lot of the drivers who are abusing the road are also losing control of their vehicles and smashing into parked cars along the side of the street. Tuesday evening Lisa Quisenberry addressed this problem with the city council and asked that they come up with a solution. She was told that the problem is being addressed and there is money in this year's budget to do something that will help slow down the reckless drivers using her street.
