 On Friday night, after getting down 44-24 at the half, the Lynx
didn't hang their heads and fought back to fall short only 72-67.
With better free-throw shooting (25-44 from the line) the score
could have been much different.Freshmen Olivia Chiapetto and
Emily Johnson led the Lynx in scoring with 15 each, and Trisha
Martin tossed in 10 points.
Saturday against Moraine Valley, the Lynx fell 71-57.
Trisha Martin came through with her first collegiate
double-double with 17 points and 17 rebounds. Demetria Watson also
scored in double digits with 13 while also handing out four assists.

The women travel to Sauk Valley in Dixon on Monday for a 5:30
p.m. tipoff.
