LC men's basketball results from Indian

OTTUMWA, Iowa -- The Lincoln College
men's basketball team played in the Indian Hills Classic at Ottumwa,
Iowa, over the weekend.

 On Friday, the Lynx played Indian Hills Community College and lost
113-93.
Coach Lepper commented: "I was pleased with our team's efort at
times; however, we need to commit to rebounding each position."
Indian Hills outrebounded the Lynx 53-35.

- Aaron Simpson, 5-11, North Chicago: 40 points, 4 rebounds

On Saturday, the Lynx played the William Penn JV and won 91-90.
The difference in the game was the ability of the Lynx to shoot
86.4 percent from the free-throw line (19 of 22) and Penn shooting
59.3 percent from the line (16 of 27).

Coach Lepper commented: "I was very disappointed in our team's
effort. We have a lot of maturing to do if we want to be
successful."
