[November 08, 2013]  Logan County 4-H recently selected award winners for various achievements. Some 4-H'ers are chosen each year in special award categories.

A book is presented to 4-H'ers with outstanding work, quantity, quality, years, citizenship, leadership, participation, skill acquisition and growth. These are given in three age categories: 8-10 years of age, 11-13 and 14-19. A Blue Award is given to 4-H'ers deserving of repeat recognition in a category. In the 14-19 category, medal awards are nationally sponsored and may be received only once in each curriculum area.
