 It took overtime, but the eighth-grade CEL team escaped with a 39-34
win. Isiah Bowers led the way with 19 points, 12 rebounds and nine
steals. Sam Birnbaum had eight points, Jordan Jacobs five points,
Will Ewald four points, and Josh Vinson had three points and seven
rebounds.The seventh-grade Wolverines fell to the Cougars by a
score of 36-13. Ewald and Dean Harris each made four points.
Xavier Miller, Thomas Morris and Nate Arnold added two points each,
and Nick Kromrey had one point.
The Panthers travel to Mount Pulaski on Thursday.
