 In the seventh-grade game, WLB (3-3) fell 50-28. Shane Shumard and
Draden Pozsgai led the Wolverines with six points each. Also scoring
for WLB were Kameron Whiteman with five, Kaden Froebe with four,
Payton Batley with three, and Justin Long and Blain Robbins with two
each.In the nightcap, the eighth-grade Wolverines (5-1) held off
Delavan 39-36. Zach Morris led all scorers with 14. Also scoring for
WLB were Jack Eimer with 11, Blake Jones and Froebe with six each,
and one point each for Jake McCray and Whiteman
The Wolverines travel to Normal on Thursday to face the Metcalf
Wildcats.
