[November 23, 2013]  PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. — The Lincoln Christian University men's basketball team continues to manage their game and their opponents at the Hersha Classic, as they triumphed over the Knights of Kentucky Christian College 85-73 on Friday afternoon.

LCU's balanced attack saw six players score in double digits, with 6-foot-2 freshman Josiah Gordon leading LCU's scoring drive with 17 points. Senior Brian Dyal followed close behind with 14 points.

Scoring was slow in the first half for both teams as they went into the locker room with LCU leading 36-25 at halftime. So it was a big change when the second half saw a rain of shots and buckets as the two teams combined for nearly 100 points.

The Red Lions finish their Pennsylvania adventure Saturday as they play Hillsdale Freewill Baptist College at noon.
