[October 12, 2013]  TORONTO (AP) -- DeMar DeRozan scored 20 points to lead the Raptors to a 100-91 preseason victory over the New York Knicks on Friday night, spoiling Andrea Bargnani's return to Toronto.

Bargnani, who was traded to the Knicks in the offseason for three players and three draft picks, scored 10 points in 22 minutes. There was some booing throughout the game aimed at the 2006 overall No. 1 pick who averaged 15.2 points and 4.8 rebounds over seven seasons with the Raptors.

"The fans have the right to do whatever they feel they want to do," the 7-foot Bargnani said after the game. "We had some good years, we had some bad years. The only thing I have to say about the fans in Toronto is that I was lucky to play here for seven years."

Carmelo Anthony had 24 points and eight rebounds for the Knicks (1-1).

The Knicks took a four-point lead into the fourth quarter. After playing his starters throughout the first half, Raptors coach Dwane Casey elected to go with his reserves in the final quarter. Quincy Acy, seeing his first playing time of the preseason for the Raptors (2-1) and fellow second-year player Terrence Ross combined for an 11-0 run as the Raptors took the lead for good.
