Saturday, an annual cruise-in brought a variety of vehicles and visitors to The Mill on 66.

The annual gathering at The Mill includes the car show as well as other great activities, such as live music and good food. As the day began, folks filtered in, taking a look-see at the vintage cars brought in by the Railsplitter Antique Auto Club. They also got a peek at what has been going on inside The Mill.

Inside, the main attraction was the hardwood flooring that has been finished in the front dining area of the building. Also, there were several items on display that originally came from the Pig Hip Restaurant in Broadwell.

Outside, folks had the opportunity to sign the car hood on display. The hood was part of the last memorial service for the Pig Hip and its late owner Ernie Edwards. The hood was signed by several folks on that day. This weekend new signatures were added.  The hood will eventually be a permanent part of the museum that will be inside The Mill.
