It takes a large crew to produce enough potato salad for Germanfest. Over 25 volunteers from St. John United Church of Christ, the Oasis and some of their friends came together Thursday morning to tackle the task at hand.

The potato salad is just one part of the meal that will be offered Saturday at St. John United Church. Volunteers have been working this week on various aspects of the meal.

Come Saturday, diners will be able to enjoy brats, the potato salad, red cabbage and a variety of desserts, including the church's homemade apple strudel.

And it takes a whole slew of potato peelers!

So many, in fact, they had to set up extra tables!
