___

ZACHARY TAYLOR BRADDY, 18, of Emden, IL died September 2, 2013 at St. Mary Hospital in Centralia.

Born August 16, 1995 in Centralia, he was the son of Kevin H. and Angela (Boatman) Braddy.

Zachary had just recently moved from his family home with his mother & step-father in Emden to Bryon Manor in Centralia.

Though Zachary had multiple disabilities, he possessed a very outgoing spirit and never knew a stranger. He enjoyed being with his families & friends in both Emden & Salem. Zachary loved his teachers, classmates, & caretakers. He made many friends during his years attending school in Lincoln. Zachary enjoyed spending time at Christian Child Care with his Mom and the many children of all ages there. He enjoyed Sunday school and church services. Zachary enjoyed spending time with his grandparents and loved the way Grandpa Boatman could make him laugh. He loved petting and cuddling with "Julian" the family's pet cat.

Zach especially liked his younger brother and sister pushing him around in his wheel chair as he expressed abundant laughter. He enjoyed hearing his older sisters sing and his brother play the drums. He liked watching cartoons, listening to music, swimming and was especially fond of balloons; many balloons. He loved the sound of anything motorized and especially like trucks, both real and toy which included spending time at the Iuka Fire Station with the firetrucks that his Dad served on. He was a St. Louis Cardinal fan. Watching football with his Dad was a special moment for both father and son.

Zachary is survived by his parents Angela (Boatman) and Lee Reiners and Kevin and Lacey (Middleton) Braddy. Also surviving are:
