[September 10, 2013]  The Lincoln Christian University men's soccer team hosted Great Lakes Christian College on Saturday in a game that LCU (1-3) will soon want to forget, as GLCC ran away with the win 9-2.

Great Lakes came out with their offensive power, scoring two quick goals in the game's first 10 minutes. GLCC was relentless on the offensive side of the ball, taking more than 30 shots on goal for the game.

By the start of the second half, Great Lakes had a commanding lead, and they closed out the game by scoring nine total goals on the day.

For LCU, senior forward Craig Hoskins (Bloomington/University High) and sophomore Mitchel Brannock (Heyworth/Heyworth High) recorded one goal each. Sophomores Parker Radecki (Greenwood, Ind./Center Grove High) and Mitchel Burgner (Olney/East Richland High) recorded one assist each.
