DAWSON -- Christopher J. Schilling, 52,
of Dawson, formerly of Mount Pulaski, died Wednesday, Sept. 25,
2013, at 12:46 p.m. at his home.

Dawson- Christopher J. Schilling, 52, of Dawson
formerly of Mt. Pulaski, passed away at 12:46 P.M.
on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at his home.
Christopher was born in Peoria, IL on August 21,
1961, son of Gerald and June Belt Schilling.

Christopher worked for the Illinois State Police as
an Information System Analyst. Christopher loved
technology and he enjoyed working with computers.
Christopher is survived by his father: Gerald
Schilling and friend Marge Von Bokel of Belleville,
IL; his brother: Stephen (Chris) Schilling of
Lincoln, IL; his niece: Danielle (Andy) Meister of
Mt. Pulaski, IL; and two aunts: Betty (Ron) Simmonds
and Shirley Carriger, both of Belleville. He was
preceded by his mother June Schilling.
Cremation rites were performed, and a private burial
will follow at a later date at Mt. Pulaski Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski.
