Jaycees host annual Easter egg hunt Saturday

[April 09, 2014]  The Lincoln Jaycees will host their annual egg hunt on Saturday. The fun begins at 1 p.m. in Latham Park in downtown Lincoln. The free hunt is open to kids up to age 8. There will be three age groups: 1-3, 4-6 and 7-8. A parent or guardian may help with the youngest age group.

Come join the group for hippity-hoppity fun with lots of goodies. Harvey the Easter Bunny will be making a visit, so bring your cameras and baskets.

The rain date is April 19.

The Lincoln Jaycees are a not-for-profit organization that serves Lincoln and the surrounding communities. The Lincoln Jaycees provide development opportunities that empower young people ages 18-40 to create positive change through community service. Membership meetings are at 2 p.m. the third Sunday of each month at the Lincoln Jaycees Center, 325 S. Chicago St. The meetings are open to everyone.
