[April 16, 2014]  CHESTER — Chester High School product Cody Mileur has announced plans to attend Lincoln Christian University and play basketball for the Red Lions. On April 9, Mileur signed a national letter of intent at his high school, in front of family and friends.

Mileur started every game of his senior season at Chester, averaging 10 points per game with three assists. He built up a 40 percent average from beyond the 3-point arc.

LCU men's basketball head coach Mac Ingmire was excited about Mileur's decision to play at LCU.

"I am excited to bring Cody Mileur into the Red Lions basketball program," Ingmire said. "I expect he can make an immediate impact, both on and off the court, for our team."
